There are many interesting things happening at our church!

August was another busy month for our church family members with guest singers/speakers 4 Grace, a church-wide breakfast before the Bayside School work bee, a baby dedication and a baptism, and of course our monthly All-church potluck!

The 4 Grace men's quartet provided an inspiring, sacred musical concert with help from their own church praise team.

Our Hayward Men's Ministry hosted their second annual church breakfast to feed all, especially those who were volunteering their time and energy to the Bayside School work bee that followed.  Delicious!

The Bayside School Work Bee is an annual tradition for our church family members to help get the school ready for the students to return in the new school year.

We were all blessed by a baby dedication and a baptism from one family, the Abbotts!  Grandpa (and elder) Doug was honored to see his two granddaughters blessed in such a special way on the same day!!  Two members from our youth group provided the special music.

Our August all-church potluck was in honor of the baptism, baby dedication, and August birthdays!

Our church family was busy in July with the Summer on the Run day camp, Pastor Tyler's character portrayals from Bible stories, and our July All-church potluck, of course.

The Summer on the Run free day camp for kids was held in lieu of Vacation Bible School. It brought over 60 children daily to our campus for five days of group worship and stories, exciting games and activities, a giant water slide, a rock climbing wall, and free lunches (provided by our church volunteers).  Join us next year!

Pastor Tyler took a look into three Bible characters by portraying them in first-person sermons and giving us their view of each person's story.  It was entertaining and informative!

At our July all-church potluck we celebrated July birthdays and were treated to a special dessert!

The Faith Ministries Singers blessed us with a sacred concert enjoyed by all!

Fathers and father figures were presented with beautiful leis, some edible!

At our June All-church potluck we welcomed baby Mattias to our church family and honored June birthdays, graduates, and of course, fathers!

We closed out the month with a church Work Bee - cleaning, tossing, trimming, digging, and cutting.  Never easy tasks!  Thank you to all who came out to help.

May was a busy month for our church family members with the conference Men's Retreat, a Ladies' Fellowship & Tea, Mother's Day, and a Family Game Night.  Whew!

These four men had a blessed weekend attending the Northern California Conference "Christian Men's Retreat" held annually at the Leoni Meadows Retreat Center in the beautiful El Dorado National Forest.

Not to be outdone by the men, 48 women from our church and the East Bay Fil-Am Adventist Church enjoyed a Women's Ministry afternoon of "Fellowship & Tea" -  reconnecting, chatting, laughing, and eating with new friends and old!  We were blessed with an inspiring message from our guest speaker Rita Barnes.  Thank you to all who worked so diligently to bring this event back to our church!

Several women from our Women's Ministry team helped create corsages and a photo backdrop to honor all mothers, grandmothers, aunties, and mother-figures!

We closed the month of May with "Family Game Night" (sponsored by the social committee) with lots of laughter, games, and food of course!
